Dmitri Van de Vrie better known by his gaming nickname Mitr0 is a 17 year old professional Fortnite player from Netherlands. Mitr0 has been an unstoppable force in Fortnite due to his aggressive gameplay and quick reflexes.
Early Career
Mitr0 became an overnight success in Fortnite. Mitr0 participated in small time Fortnite tournaments called Showdown and ended up finishing first among thousands of competitors. He was also into competitive gaming long before that, playing games like Counter strike and H1z1. This win was however a step up for him displayed his talent in front of the Fortnite world.

Time with team Atlantis
Soon after his Showdown win, Mitr0 was picked up by a small gaming organization called Atlantis. He played in the Summer Skrimish with this new team and won 10,000 dollars in a solo tournament during his first week. He then won a duos tournament the next week by teaming up with Kinsel. He was suddenly making a name for himself and was being called Europe’s best player.
Fall Skirmish Performance
Mitr0 then participated in the Fall skirmish and won another hefty amount of cash from winning tournaments and displaying jaw dropping skills at the highest level. He won a total of 80,000 dollars just from this tournament.
Fortnite Worldcup History
In March 2019, Mitr0 started preparing for the Fortnite World cup and team up with another teenage prodigy Mongrel. They displayed crazy gameplay throughout the qualifiers. They placed first in the European qualifiers. They effortlessly defeated everyone to earn their flight tickets to Newyork. Mitr0 and Mongrel finished in 6th place in the tournament and bagged 450,000 dollars.
Joining Team Liquid
Mitr0 started facing problems with team Atlantis on prize money issues and team Atlantis let Mitr0 go. He had plenty of options once he was free. He signed up with the e-Sports famous organization team Liquid on 22nd January 2020. He is now earning a salary of 100,000 dollars a year.
